Lois is a retired educator from San Diego. Her life has been a continual learning experience, including a desire to explore her creative side. After retiring, she decided to expand her learning to include the art of stained glass, and then went on to learn the art of kiln-fired glass. “When you buy something from an artist, you’re buying more than an object. You’re buying hundreds of hours of errors and experimentation. You’re buying years of frustration and moments of pure joy. You’re not just buying one thing. You are buying a piece of a heart, a piece of a soul, and a small piece of someone’s life.”
